News: Local area inspection update and written statement of action.

In November 2017 Durham had their SEND local area inspection in which Ofsted and the CQC ( Care Quality Commission) check how local areas have implemented the 2014 SEND reforms. As a result the local area (Local Authority, Health, social Care and MCT ) have produced a written statement of action to address the issues and recommendations brought up after the inspection.
