News: Long term conditions survey
Skills for People are conducting a survey on behalf of the North East and Cumbria Learning Disability Network. We have been asked to share with people with a learning disability to complete the survey.
Findings from the survey will be used to improve health information for people with a learning disability. It will inform the learning disability network about the views of people living with a long-term condition and support them to access information about their health.
Please return completed surveys to Erin.Schuler@skillsforpeople.org.uk no later than 31st August 2023
