News: MCT Durham PCF Easter prize draw survey

Are you a parent or carer of a child or young person with SEND and / or disability and living in the County Durham local authority area?

Please answer all 10 quick questions on our survey so we can map the following areas – where in County Durham parent carers live, what the main additional need of children / young people are , parent carers ethnicity , do parent carers have any additional needs, do parent carers get any help, age range of children / young people and age range of carers.

Your data WILL NOT be shared and any published results WILL NOT contain any names or personal data. e.g it will simply state 62 people live in DH2 , 25 children are 0-4 years , 44 carers are 25-34 etc.
