☆ THE WORKSHOP WILL BE FACE TO FACE AT VANE TEMPEST HALL, GILESGATE & NEEDS TO BE PREBOOKED AS NUMBERS ARE LIMITED. IF OVERSUBSCRIBED PLACES WILL BE CHOSEN AT RANDOM.

About the workshop:

To help parents understand behaviour through the body and not just what we see on the surface. You’ll learn how stress shows up in your child’s body and how to support calm before emotions explode. We will explore simple, practical ways to build safety, sconnection and recovery during everyday family life.
