News: Fun and food short breaks information 2021
Another exciting activity in the school holidays for the whole family to join in either picnic in the parks with other families or an activity pack delivered to your home.
This is for children and young people who are in receipt of free school meals and have special educational needs and/or disability.
The provider for these activities will be Durham Area Disability Leisure Group (DADLG). Parents/ carers can contact shoert breaks solutions directly and they will fill the form out for them on 03000 260 270 or they can fill the form out and email it back to ShortBreaksSolutions@durham.gov.uk. Closing date is Wednesday 14th July 2021.
