Please find attached a letter to parents and carers.

We are trying to understand more about the services provided in County Durham for our neurodiverse population from age 0 to 25 years old.

As part of that work it is important for us to get the views of parents and carers in our neurodiverse families, as users of these services, about whether we’re getting it right and what they would like to see happen to improve things.
