News: NEW TEWV parent support group!

NEW TEWV parent support group – WAVES

If you care for a child or young person (0-25yrs) with emotional or mental health difficulties, pop in to their support groups once a month in Durham, Newton Aycliffe, Peterlee & Darlington.

Please see below the flyer for the new support group (Formerly ran as Rollercoaster) .
Note- There’s 2 new venues- 1 in County Durham & 1 in Darlington to reach and support even more parents.

 The groups are led by Louise Brown , a Parent Peer practitioner at TEWV and based in the CAMHS Crisis Team and IHT Team. She is a parent with lived experience & the groups are professionally supported by a member of the CAMHS Crisis and IHT Teams.

The groups are friendly and very supportive.

Parents and carers don’t need to book- you just turn up.
