Created by parent carers for parents carers, we’ll talk openly and honestly about what it’s like to advocate for your child, how exhausting it can be, and why looking after yourself isn’t selfish — it’s necessary.
Through shared experiences, discussion and practical ideas, we’ll explore ways to find your voice, set boundaries, and care for yourself alongside advocating confidently for your child’s needs.
